Who We Are

The Outer Banks Owners Alliance is a nonprofit association of property owners in North Carolina's Outer Banks consisting of Currituck, Dare, and Hyde counties, and other interested parties. The Alliance works to enhance and improve the voice and voting rights of property owners in the Outer Banks by promoting pertinent issues to elected and non-elected local and state officials and the general public.

Resources : Referrals and recommendations are shared by fellow property owners on our member pages as well as networking opportunities for professionals,

Public Policy / Advocacy: You can offer contributions to the strong advocacy programs centered on assuring that property owners' voices are being heard. You can keep track of housing issues under consideration by the State Legislature. Volunteer to affect positive change and preserve rights of property owners in our region.

Free Informational Services: The Alliance keeps members in touch with each other and up to date with current and emerging issues relevant to property owners through the Alliance’s web site and email. Our members remain informed about governmental issues in our region.
