Membership in the Outer Banks Owners Alliance (OBXOA) affords you access to a community of like-minded individuals interested in having a voice on issues impacting property owners in the Outer Banks. Acting collectively, OBXOA will be a strong lever against unfair treatment and unilateral action on the part of local government to infringe on the rights of property owners.
